What is the usual timeframe to complete a project?

 

 

We are all about efficiency - once your product arrives at our studio, most of the projects are completed by 7 days from the time we receive the product, well ahead of the typical 2-4 week turnaround period!!

 

Is licensing part of the package?

 

In the vast majority of cases (99%), all delivered assets include a complimentary unlimited commerical license - Should an exception apply, we will inform you ahead of time and provide clear details regarding any additional fees

Do you offer monthly subscription to content creation services?

 

Yes. We offer flexible retainers designed to support your ongoing content needs - monthly or quarterly basis thereby relieving you the stress of planning each shoot individually.

Do you offer individual photo content creation services instead of package?

 

Yes. We offer  flexiblility in choosing to create individual photos but please note there will  exclusive pricing applicable per image. .We do not provide services any less than 3 images. Please email to info@37photography.com with your questions and to know more information.

Which type of industry you photograph the products from?

 

Our focus is on Customer Packaged Goods - beverages, personal health care and other small items. Our main concentration is on items that measure below 12 inches and weigh not more than 5 lbs.

What to do once the products have been shipped?

 

Once the products have been shipped, send an email with the tracking number. For any concerns, please email to info@37photography.com

What should I do if I need some more edit?

 

Please let us know within 3 days after you've received the file for review ( only applicable for Elite service) if you need any edit with the images. There is no revision or second round of edits for Starter & Premium service.

 

What will happen to my products after shoot?

 

Following the photoshoot, you can choose one of the following options:

Return   - We can ship the products back to you ( please include prepaid return label)

Dispose -  We can responsibly dispose them off if you no longer need them.

Storage  - We can store your products upto 120 days at no cost, should you plan to place future orders.
